Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the software, websites and services (the "Services") provided by ISIL SOFTWARE LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and licences

Some Services are offered as recurring subscriptions billed monthly in GBP (£). Others are offered as one-time licences. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. You authorise us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the plan you select and, for subscriptions, for each renewal.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Our refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, reverse-engineering the software except as permitted by law, reselling the Services without authorisation, or using the Services for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, content and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to ISIL SOFTWARE LTD. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via our website or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
