Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ISIL SOFTWARE LTD we want you to be satisfied with our software. This policy explains when you can obtain a refund or cancel your subscription. It applies alongside your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

All plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase at support@isilsoftware.com and we will refund your payment in full.

2. Consumer cancellation rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Where you ask us to begin providing digital services immediately and then cancel within the cancellation period, we may charge for the portion of the service already provided.

3. Subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months after the 14-day guarantee period, except where required by law.

4. One-time licences

One-time licences (such as the Isil Backup Suite lifetime licence) are covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee. After 14 days, licence fees are non-refundable unless the software is materially defective and we are unable to resolve the issue.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@isilsoftware.com with your order or receipt reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that are made without first contacting us where a refund would otherwise have been available.
